Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The front end alignment was never done because I explained twice that the steering wheel was off center and nothing was ever done after explaining thatWhatever happened between the time Bill F [redacted] said my alignment was being completed and when my car was brought to me I will never know The later inspection was performed so fast that they did not take time to check the items I explained to Bill F [redacted] when I got there which was the steering wheel is not straight and I hear some light rattling soundsBill said " [redacted] would take care of it" I will have to use another shop and will not trust Bill F [redacted] or Anthony L [redacted] ever again when it comes to auto repairsI already spent money on new shocks because my year old Monroe Sensa Trac ones were leaking due to the Alignment shop letting the lower control arms hang to break the sealThe shop who repaired it stated that this was a possible cause and they explained my alignment was slightly offAs far as I am concerned the here say from other people, shops or negative consumer reviews wont apply to this complaint but I feel from my experience they are dishonest Regards, [redacted] ***
Called business spoke with ***He stated that on 3/31/Mr*** came in to get an alignment which cost $*** and he brought parts to have put on his vehicleThe labor for the parts was $*** stated that when a consumer brings in there own parts there is no warranty on the
part because it wasn't purchased through themThe warranty they offer is for the labor putting the part on and that is good for months*** stated that on 4/21/Mr*** came in for a state inspection costing $**The vehicle passed inspection, when doing the inspection nothing was noticed to be loose*** stated that he wasn't aware of any issues until he received the complaint from Revdex.comHe stated that Mr*** would need to come in with the vehicle and allow him to look over it to be able to determine if the part that was installed is bad or if it has something to do with his labor of installing the part
