comments identified that our communication could have been better. Subsequently, based on your feedback we were able to identify opportunities for improving our communications. With regard to the invoice, through previous communication the invoice in question was discussed and was stopped following the previous communication.  In an effort to close this matter a refund of the payment of $580 has been requested to be processed today.  Again we thank you for your feedback.
