Review: Beneficial Mortgage formerly located at [redacted], PA [redacted] has failed to provide a Satisfaction Piece to my County Recorder of Deeds for a mortgage refiananced with them in November 2000. I am unable to refinance my mortgage without this document. Their Lein Research Dept is extremely difficult to reach. They are now insisting they can not provide this to me until I provide them with a Title Search. This will cost me additional money to force them to complete a task they should have done back in 2000.Desired Settlement: Provide a Satisfaction Piece, as they failed to file it with my County Recorder of Deeds.
