Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/06) */ Ms [redacted] is NOT a client of Beneficial CreditMr [redacted] did NOT provide a Letter of Authorization allowing us to provide information of his account to [redacted] The deposit was made and Wells Fargo placed a "hold" on the check because it was over $(stated on the deposit slip)Mr [redacted] WAS paid on the same day [redacted] filed the complaint! Mr [redacted] and I were in constant communication on the morning of August 25th and he was paid in full! [redacted] arrived at our office and attempted to mislead our staff my introducing herself and Mrs [redacted] She was belligerent, foul mouthed and loudOnce informed of her behavior via phone...Mr [redacted] called her and instructed her to leave the building...she complied and leftOur staff was prepared to call security and have her removedThe money belonged to Mr [redacted] and not to [redacted] Our company acted in good faith and returned the money as agreed WITH Mr [redacted] Our company has known the [redacted] family for over years and we have ALWAYS had a respectful and timely relationship with them [redacted] behavior is NOT a reflection of the [redacted] familyThank you for the opportunity to respond Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2015/09/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I [redacted] have been present for every single visit to [redacted] office and I was the one that handed him the dollars in his office on Feb 17th I have on my phone, calls placed to and from my phone from [redacted] ***'s cellphoneI [redacted] was the one that went to meet [redacted] in the parking lot of his office building and he handed me not plus returned fee for his bounced checkThe wells Fargo account is under mine and Ruben ***s nameAs a matter of fact I have [redacted] telling me that he would pay us our remaining balance by September 1st because his accounts were frozen due to believed identity theft, on record because my cellphone was recording everything that was said inside of my car [redacted] called my fiancee Ruben [redacted] on Friday August 28th and August 31st saying that he needed to go fix the problem that I caused by filing a claim We do not wish to fight over the dollars that are owed, but we want to show that this business is not to be trusted and we hope that they don't cheat people out of their money like they tried to do with us And if you wish to see records I can provide my bank statement, a print out of the bounced check the copies of the contract and termination of contract, emails that were sent and the minute recording of [redacted] inside my car telling me his story as to why his check bouncedClaiming a stop payment made by his partner Also when I went to his office all I said was that if my money wasn't in my account I would be back with Ruben and that I already had a letter for the Revdex.com ready to be sent outI was not vulgar and his secretary never came out to see meI made the statement to his receptionist Thank You Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/09/09) */ The matter has been resolvedMr [redacted] received his full amount that was due him as per our conversations WITH Mr [redacted] This company does not "cheat" anyone out of their moneyWe have no further comment nor response to [redacted] "visual" of the matterALL of the Agreements have Mr***'s name and signatureAt NO time was [redacted] privy to the information or the results regardless of how many times she was present [redacted] has the receipt from the bank that actually states money was "on hold" by Wells FargoWe stand by our current and previous commentsMr [redacted] was paid, in full, as per our communication with Mr***
