Horrible experienceCancelled out this very high priced oil company after several years of service, only to have them come back months later and overfill our tank which leaked into our basement and on our lawn out frontThey had the nerve to leave a bill for oil we didn't need or want and don't even know how much we received cause most of it went on our lawn and our basement floorThis company either did this spitefully or the driver doesn't know when a tank is fullI called and complained to deaf earsSo if you are looking for a very high priced heating oil company that has very inexperienced delivery people and you don't mind overflowing oil in your home then this is the company for youI refuse to pay the bill this company left me just laying in my yard because I have photographic proof that very little if any went in my tank because my tank was already full when Service Energy delivered oil

We have taken the money from her security deposit and applied it to her balance which is what she asked for.The customer was going to move out of her apartment; and we refunded her security deposit She ended up not moving out and returned the money.We applied back against the security deposit wich we believed she knew Now she say that is wrong It is not worth the effort fighting over If she had justcalled and requested it; we would not have had to go though this

After looking over the Repair Order we did check said Starter and Alternator and both came back as NormalOnly the Battery came back Low.We are sorry for any Miscommunication and would Like to Offer a One Time goodwill Gesture of a Refund of $for the Battery still.Please inform where to send Payment! I don’t feel that my issue is resolvedI was willing to receive a phone call from Stockton Honda’s service manager but I have not received a phone call or email in regards to the issueI didn’t think accepting the phone call response would close out my claim as resolved, especially since Stockton Honda has not reached out as of yetMy car is my only form of transportation and it has really been a real hardship with waiting to see what my next step should beI can’t take my car anywhere else until things are resolved because I don’t want that jeopardizing my claimPlease, guide or explain to me how to proceed from hereAt this point in time I don’t want to talk to the service manager but I’d talk to the general manager, *** ***.Thank you,Ms***

On an annual basis we send out the companies’ terms and conditions as well as safety information. In addition our terms and conditions are available on our web site. There is also a section that describes the fees and charges by the company. Both discuss
the process of getting credit back for propane left in the tanks and the charges associated with the process Section of our terms and conditions is where you find our process. A couple of points; first of all the company policy is to refund the customers the lower of the price the customer paid or the wholesale price. Because *** *** was a long term customer; we refunded her the price she paid for the propane not the current wholesale price which is substantially lower. We did this as a courtesy to her. The tank at her house was full as such it weights over extra pounds each. The company not only has to pick the tank up but also as our web site explains we need to go through the process of draining the tank before we are allowed to put it back in service. Because we gave *** *** full price for the propane; she got a significant refundThe company also reversed the drain charge which would have been $125. In the end the only charge that was made was a $tank pick up charge. She still received a refund of $239. The company already reversed two policies for *** ***. Nothing prevented *** *** from using the propane in her tanks before she had them picked up
As a company I do not know how we can do more to disclose our policies. The customers are notified when they become a customer; they receive annual reminders with any updates, and all the information is always available on line with additional section explaining charges and fees that could be confusing. It this case we gave *** *** more credit then was required. I am sorry she is unhappy about the situation; but do not know how we can operate in a more open and transparent fashion
We have compromised all ready. The only thing that will make *** *** happy is if she gets everything she wants even if she is not entitled to up which is not reasonable

Thank you very much for helping me with this but I think they should fix what I payed for first.When I was in the store they were charging me to do my tumblerand reprogram my lockHe called me at home and told me to and said he would have to charge me Sam had to reprogram my car so it would be able to lockand when I came he said it only work on one, and I had to pay for the truck, and the driver door. But now dont know of their work why did I pay him the dollaI want my car fix that's why I agreed to the dollarsPlease his business is know good he didn't fix it the first time.Please make them fix my car

Mrs*** came in seeking helpShe was having a problem with starting the VehicleWe told her that the Ignition Tumbler was out along with her Key! After giving her Revised estimate over Phone of $including taxMrs*** authorized workUpon Completion of the Vehicle Customer returned to pick
up vehicle and was explained that the Ignition Switch was working properlyWe also explained that the Driver Door, Passenger Door, and Trunk Locks were not working properlyShe was able to unlock/lock the Passenger side doors at this time and we told her it was temporary fix and would need to be fixed alsoWe felt she understood this at the timeA week later Mrs*** said the Vehicle was not fixed still and felt that we should repair the other issues after the money she had spent already. I have authorized my Service Deptto help Mrs*** if she still wants to come back at Discounted Rate of $TO repair everything else. Thank You*** ***General Manager
