First of all, before I begin, this is overall a good placeThey work with you on your payments if you fall behind when things happen which is very helpfulEveryone there is nice, especially JoshuaHowever, there is a despicable human being who works here who happens to be the "owner"His name is Scott AllenHe has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and I am not exaggeratingEvery time my wife calls to make a payment and/or make arrangements to make apayment, when Scott *** speaks with her, he is very rude and disrespectful to herAs a husband, no man wants another man being disrespectful to his wife and stressing her outThat upset me very much and when I talked to him about it, he was rude and disrespectful to meThen he said he wasn't going to accept our payments anymoreThe next day, they took our vehicle and we had the payment to give themScott *** got mad because I confronted him about how he was dealing with my wife and then the next day he had my vehicle taken and I had the payment to give them, just to reviewI really hope this guy gets fired or somethingHe is a terrible person and I honestly don't know how he got the job, especially as an "owner"Scott *** is horribleI will never recommend this place to anybody, if Scott is thereWhen he gets fired, because there is someone over him who can fire him, I will recommend this place because overall without Scott *** there, it is a good place
