To clarify who I paid Once we received our Bid to Nationals the regional vp blocked rooms with instructions to reserve them They had us go to THS to reserve bit the actual charge came directly from the hotel on my bank account THS acts as an agent if you will to collect the
oayment I formation nit they do not maintain or see any card information as I am told I hope this helps I have also asked for their help in obtaining the refund They supplied the hotel with the form which the hotel denied stating that I was impatient and did not wait for them to fix the bed Tjat is mot true they moved us to another room which also did not have a decent place to sleep and we did not feel comfortable I have left messages for the corporate headquarters and the hotel manager directly and have not received any phone calls back from either nor have they responded to my emails
