My husband is no longer around to defend himself It is a matter of Mr.T***' words against my husband I was not present while all this took place It is easy for MrT*** to say if I had questions to call him Well, he does not return calls! My calls are being ignored! He said he would try to help me find a realtor to sell the property but he never came through with it despite my follow up calls to him several times Not one call to tell he could not help me Nor did he referred me to an attorney for eviction He did not do his job as he was told by my husband to evict the tenants long before his company was restructuring Now he is trying to cover up with lies If he had terminated his services with my husband, why has he not send my husband the security deposit from the tenant to date? Incidentally, the tenant told me MrT*** collected rents for the months of August, September and October He only wanted cash from the tenant but have stopped giving the tenant receipt of rent payments for quite some time That is bad business practice! MrT*** has failed to send me the rent payments for these months because there is no proof of payments He is dishonest and lies a lot

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff ** 1/12/16. The complainant was notified that they no longer had a contract with Mr. [redacted].  They had a property management contract with Mr. [redacted] to run his property on [redacted]. The company had already sent notice that they were...

returning the property, and would no longer be able to manage the property due to unforeseen circumstances. Mr. [redacted] was mailed and emailed this notice. The lease and the agreement with Mr. [redacted] and the tenant were up. Mr. [redacted] was aware of this moving forward. The company stated that since they no longer have a contract, Mrs. [redacted] would have to physically come down, or call to get an attorney to evict the tenant because they were no longer legally able to do this. They were no longer legal able to collect rent for the property either, he doesn't know if they found someone else to collect the rent or not. Their property management agreement was for a year, it started on November 25, 2013, and was up in November of 2014.  They were month to month after that, their contract said the consumer or the company would be required to notify the other party in writing stating that they no longer needed the property management services or in the case of the company that they would no longer be managing the property. They had talked to Mr. [redacted] about a week after the restructuring letter was sent, dated June 23, 2015. Mr. [redacted] had said that he would take care of the eviction.  The property manager cannot evict, the owner has to there himself or be represented by an attorney. They stopped collecting rent in July. Mr [redacted] knew this. They had a conversation with Mrs. [redacted] sometime in October. Mrs. [redacted] told them at that time that Mr. [redacted] had passed, she knew they were out of contract, but she wanted to know if there was anyway they could help. He said he could try to get her in contact with a realtor to help her sell the house, but he advised he was preparing for surgery himself, and they were not in the business of selling houses. If Mrs. [redacted] has any questions she is welcome to call him.

My husband is no longer around to defend himself.  It is a matter of Mr.T[redacted]' words against my husband.  I was not present while all this took place.  It is easy for Mr. T[redacted] to say if I had questions to call him.  Well, he does not return calls!  My calls are being ignored!  He said he would try to help me find a realtor to sell the property but he never came through with it despite my follow up calls to him several times.  Not one call to tell he could not help me.  Nor did he referred me to an attorney for eviction.  He did not do his job as he was told by my husband to evict the tenants long before his company was restructuring.  Now he is trying to cover up with lies.  If he had terminated his services with my husband, why has he not send my husband the security deposit from the tenant to date?  Incidentally, the tenant told me Mr. T[redacted] collected rents for the months of August, September and October 2015.  He only wanted cash from the tenant but have stopped giving the tenant receipt of rent payments for quite some time.  That is bad business practice!  Mr. T[redacted] has failed to send me the rent payments for these 3 months because there is no proof of payments.  He is dishonest and lies a lot.
