notice of our plan to sell motor vehicle by Certified Mail (#XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX) a returned, signed receipt from customer was received regarding notification of repossession that is required by law. Customer had requested and was granted a 10-day extension to reinstate and redeem vehicle. On October 28, 2015 the vehicle was sold at Auction and customer was again notified that the vehicle had been sold and a deficiency balance was remaining on account xxxx239-4. I will once again submit a Notice to Release Liability to The Department of Motor Vehicles however if customer had any outstanding items with the DMV prior to repossession that would be beyond our assistance

Hello, On December 16, 2015 Pan American Bank received a dishonored check from customer. The customer account had been paid off by a Dealership on November 12, 2015 I am unsure as to why the customer's bank didn't notify us sooner. A return...

payment of $396.00 was reversed from customer account and a standard check fee was applied along with a Return Payment Notice mailed to customer on December 16, 2015. Moving forward from December 16, 2015 through January 9, 2016 our Customer Service Department exercised many attempts to contact customer regarding account. During this time late charges, daily interest and field chase fees where applied. I believe Pan American Bank did their due diligence in trying to contact customer regarding dishonored check in a timely manner to avoid additional cost but customer never responded. Therefore the account is due for final payment including fees in order to close account.
