Benefit Air Conditioning

We have a manufactured home. Our AC started not working when we hit 118 over Father's Day. The home would reach 88 inside. The unit was running non-stop from 10 am to 2 am the next morning. We felt the air was cold but the flow was not normal. We had 2 other companies come out and all they really seemed to be interested in was replacing our entire unit. The cost to replace the unit was $5000 to $6500. Ken Dotterer the owner of Benefit Air came out to look over everything. He himself crawled underneath our house and found that we had a section of duct that had come loose and we were losing over half of our air. He fixed the problem and would not take any money. I would recommend Ken and his company to anyone who has AC/Heating issues. They truly care about the customer and not just a sell. This is a company you can trust.
