Benefit Plan Administrators is a terrible company to deal with.I paid my insurance premiums every week, and expected my claims to be paid.Guess what? They did not pay any of my claims. When I contacted them,it was always a coding issue,or claim not filed correctly. The last time I contacted them,it was a -waiting for funding- issue! Can you believe that companies like these are in operation to scam people out of their hard earned money? You will have to pay claims out of your own pocket as the bill collectors will be after you...You have been warned!

Review: BPA is my insurance provider; in May 2016, I reached my high deductible purchasing medication for my plan. I called and spoke with a representative and was assured that I would pay up front for my medication to reach the last few dollars of my deductible, and would then receive a rebate check. After waiting for over a month, I called and spoke to [redacted] from BPA on 7/8/16, and she assured me that I should receive my check by the end of the month, and that there had been an error on their side with other checks, and none of the rebate checks had gone out (meanwhile, I am accruing interest on medications I paid for two months ago). She did promise to express mail the check to me when they were cut. Frustrated that I had not received a check by 8/14/16, I called and left a message for [redacted] to call me back. She did not call back, so I called her again 8/15 and she stated that the check had been mailed but she noted that it had not been cashed. She told me that she could not send it immediately, but that she would call me by the end of the week to let me know when it was being mailed. I did not hear from her. At this point, BPA owes me over $780. While they may have mailed a check, I clearly did not receive it, and they took over 3 months to get it in the mail. I am the one paying the price (literally - interest) for their lack of organization.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund check issued immediately with tracking information. I refuse to accrue further interest on money that I should have by now.

I have called her at [redacted] however no one answered. I have emailed her at [redacted] to follow up to make sure she has received the check that was mailed out. At this time this issue has been resolved and the payment has been made and mailed.
