I have been working with these people for the last 4 to 5 years with still no FINAL results. once my offer was granted, so they said I responded only to not have my case closed or completed. I had to resend bank statements and all of my personal information a dozen times. I have since then tried to reach them by phone and e-mails with no response. A few weeks I received a letter from the IRS telling me that I still owe them a lot of money. I had to contact the BBB to try and help but they could not reach them AT ALL! Now I am back to square one with the IRS!

Contacted Benefit Tax Solutions.For their services they provide spoke to one of their representatives He told me they will work a Compromise with The IRS .for a fee of $2400 I agree on 8/1 9/4 10/2/2019.They took 3 payments of $483.33 Total of $1,449.99 ,They never call me or contact me to let me know what's going on,All they did was take my money ,I cancel my credit card so they wouldn't take more money ,On the 1st of Nov. the're calling to find out happened to the payment.Talked with Cater Higgins(949)284-6440 He said he was going to take care it and keep me informed haven't heard nothing to the day.
