if he had a confirmation #. He said he did not have one. When told him we needed some time to find a driver he said you have 5 minutes. He called right back and he was told we needed at least 10 more minutes to get an estimated time for a driver to get there. He called again after 30 minutes of arriving and said to forget it he was going to rent a car. We did have a car headed there, however he would have had to wait. As far as the the fee paid only the outbound has been charged. Since there was no return reservation made, he was not charged . We will be willing to credit him half the fee of the rental of $56.00 Kind Regards, [redacted]
