The company did come out on Dec 16th and so far it seems to be working I was well aware that parts were on order, however, I was having difficulty getting a return phone call or any correspondence from the company letting me know when the part would be in The best thing in the future would be to keep the customer updated on the status of the issue and to return phone calls as promised.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
