Review: Im sending to you a copy of a letter that I've sent to the business of, BENEFITS MANAGEMENT CORP. "I" have to this date recived no reply on the letter sent. It's about the letter sent of a audit performed, showing that "I" am wed, (as of APRIL 2014) a sum of $4,548.28, but is more at this hour. "I" have in the past called BENEFITS MANAGEMENT CORP. (& "I" staying calm) they argue about the issue, & than hung-up on me.Desired Settlement: I'm hoping that you may be able to reason with the CORPERATION in order to resolve this situation

Review: This is a representative payee service. On the company's website they claims that they value their clients, are committed to serving their best interests by providing financial stability, structure, and a sense of independence. The website also claims that the company values their staff, their level of honesty, integrity, knowledge, and professionalism.For the past two years I have been trying to contact my payee so that I may readjust the way my funds are dispersed throughout the month. I have called my payee and have left messages for her to call me back. I have never once received a phone call from my payee, nor anyone from the service regarding my issue. I have also attempted to contact my payee by going to the business itself, which is very difficult for me because I live so far away and lack funding.Today, September, 14, 2012, I called the business from a strangers phone (I don't have a phone) and finally got a hold of someone. I was told that if I made it down to the business after 1:00 pm I would be able to talk with my payee. I arrived at the business precisely at 1:00 pm and talked with the woman at the front desk. I informed her about my issue of how I have continuously attempted to contact my payee and change how my funds are dispersed. She told me to call my payee. I told her that I do not have a phone and that I cannot call her. I asked if I could wait and see my payee in person. She became really irritated and told me that I cannot see her. I asked her if I could wait to speak with my payee for only five minutes because it is to difficult for me to take the buss clear across town. She became even more irritated and started ignored my concern.I have been getting the run around with this company. How the company actually deals with its clients and what it stays it stands for on its website--I have not seen for myself.

The way my funds are dispersed I have to go to the store once a week. Going by myself makes me anxious, stressed and it's tedious carrying home groceries on the buss. On the other hand, I have been offered a ride to the store at the first of the month because my friend does her grocery shopping at that time. I would like to purchase all of my food and hygiene products during the first of the month. I need 200.00 on my debit card at the first and the rest distributed evenly throughout the month.
