This company practices FRAUD and you should NOT use this company

We apologize to hear you have had difficulties with the quality of service provided by our organization Although your request was submitted after the required days reporting time frame, BenefitWallet did forward your investigation to the vendor for reviewHowever, due to the strict [redacted] regulation for chargeback time frames your request was deniedThe transaction was processed in April of and reported to [redacted] months after the transaction posted which disqualified all chargeback rights.Although this is an unfortunate circumstance it is highly recommended that you notify your creditor in writing in order to qualify for the resolution of your billing errors

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never signed anything authorizing this transaction and it should not have been paid without my approvalYou are liable for my money to be returned to my account as I entrusted you to pay only authorized transactionsThis was not authorized so a time frame is not valid on my behalf because I did know of a reason to dispute anything until, I noticed the huge amount of money missing from my accountIt is your responsibility to go after the vendor and get my moneyI have been fighting with you for way too long and it is your responsibility to make sure that all transactions are authorized before you pay them and if not, they should not be paidPlease place my money back into my account before the end of the year because your company is at fault for fraudulent payments or disbursements from my account.Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to meI was able to use the HSA card today, which means that the company did live up to their promise to resolve the system error within hours However, I am disappointed that the apology was an attempt to explain away any errors made by the company A better apology statement would have been, "I am sorry for the inconvenienceThe goal at our company is to provide excellent customer satisfaction and we strive to keep our clients as our main focusI am sorry that your experience with our company fell short of your expectations and fell short of our company's goals."My sister is in the process of obtaining an HSA card from *** since she recently changed jobs as wellI am interested to see if she receives her card (and access to her funds) in a more timely manner, as she has already had difficulty with their customer service department.

I am rejecting this response because:
The withdrawal by SAVEDAILY was based on inaccurate information transmitted to them by BENEFITWALLET. As SaveDaily explained to me, because of a holiday, Benefit Wallet did not process the first SaveDaily draw and led SaveDaily to believe that additional funds were available to be drawn. Had Benefit Wallet transmitted the proper information to SaveDaily, the additional draw would not have occurred and my balance would not have fallen below the $1,000. This error is strictly due to Benefit Wallet's lack of timely recording and reporting of transactions. I consider this to be a fiduciary breach
Please add the following to my response:
“I do not reject the goodwill gesture for the reversal of the maintenance fee. What I do reject is the concept that Benefit Wallet was not at all fault and the credit is a goodwill gesture and not the correction of an error. They should acknowledge their error and institute policies to prevent this from happening again.”

Please except our apologies for the miscommunication.  Your account did not incur a stop payment fee. As of 1/6/2015 a final balance was processed via self-service and has liquidated assets.
