Review: I submitted EOB's for reimbursement on 12-3-2010 waiting for reimbursement. I did this every few month as I would recieve a bill from the chiropractor. BeneFlex sent checks out as they do check runs and then I pay the chiropractor. amongst all the other reimbursements I recieved this one when unoticed. I received a second bill from the chiropractor a year later, so I called them find out why this one was not coveder in previous payments, and they were to look into it and call me back. I never recieved a call back and took it as being payed. a year leater again I recieve a bill for the same amount. I resubmit the bill and EOB's to beneflex and not they tell me that I have expired there pay out period and I am now responsible to cover the amount of $502.00 because they failed to notice the first submission of the bill and EOB's. I find this out after the chiropractic office send the bill to collections. Beneflex is at fault for keeping up with the acception of newly submitted reimbursment claim forms.Desired Settlement: I would like for BeneFlex to cover the the original bill of $417.16 and the interest and late fees bringing the bill to $502.00.
