*** purchased a PRO Module from us jun 22, - 12:08:PMAt the time of sale we do not ask what type of vehicle a customer is purchasing for since our PRO Module is a universal part that works on every vehicle listed on our
websiteWe hope that the customer would be sure that their vehicle is listedFor the record, his vehicle is a *** (we later discovered in the ticket) which IS INDEED listed on our website, and our PRO Module DOES INDEED work onWe sell many of these for this type of vehicle and they workIf they did not, we would not list the vehicleWe do not sell a product that does not work, nor would we want the hassle of every customer asking for a return when it did not workThis does not make sense from a business standpoint and would not benefit either us, or the customerWe destroy all returns that come back to us and they are not refurbished or reused despite claims that they were never openedAs a company we cannot take that riskSo we lose on every returned PRO ModuleOur goal is not to get returns
Our next communication with *** is Aug - 03:pm where he informed us that a "mechanic" told him that the part would not work on his vehicleLater in the tickets we find out that this is a *** DealerOur product is sold as an alternative to the Dealer's expensive parts and laborNo "Dealer" in his right mind would install our product as it directly undercuts their own parts, labor, and profitWe by no means "Lied" to himAll of our information is found on the website, including the vehicles our PRO Module works with and install instructionsIn my opinion the lie most likely came from the Dealer that would not install our productI would imagine the Dealer made his sale for his parts and labor by discrediting our productSo *** never installed the partBy his own admission he has no idea if it works or notHe then contacted us for a return claiming "that part should not have been sold to me" and "that part wont work on my year vehicle"Which indeed it does
On to the return policyWe do not check the dates when customers ask for a return, we hope that they understand the policies that they agreed upon at purchaseWe have a day return policy which descends as time moves onHe agreed to this scale at purchase, and no purchase is made without agreeing to this policyThe sale will literally not go through until the agreement is madeIn fact the very first thing you read on our purchase page is "No risk days FULL REFUND Money Back GuaranteeNo Questions Asked" found here http://newrockies.com/pro/

So at the time he made the ticket, he knew he was already over the days for a full refund and he did not disclose this information or we would have reminded him then of the return policyBy the time he decided to actually mail it back, it was over days past the sale which is far beyond our return policy for ***% refundThe actual refund amount for a return of more than days, but no more than days after the delivery date is **% of the purchase price of your returned order less shipping costs
Admittedly I was under the impression that the actual number of days was over (as you can see in the screenshots) After punching the numbers myself, I have determined that the return falls into a return of **% which I have refunded and attachedI have attached all correspondence associated with this customer which is only one ticket that was started after the days return policy had already endedI also attached the transaction page so the date of sale is open for all to seeI hope that this brings an end to this Revdex.com CASE#: *** as we have provided all information asked of us and refunded the money that we are required to

The mechanic I used contacted the dealership mechanicIt would not benefit the dealership mechanic in any way to lieHe said the *** is the one year that is different from the rest, I don't know all the specific details because I myself am not a mechanicBut he specifically stated that it would not work on the ***If you didn't plan on giving me a refund my part should have never been destroyed since the part was new in the bag( you can tell it is new because the wires were not cut and nothing was tampered with) and since it was not yours to destroy in the first placeNow you're saying you re punched the numbers yourself meaning the numbers on your end were wrong beforeI am not concerned with what your numbers say, I simply want the rest of my refund
