Review: Failure to provide the services required. Failure to close my account.

Benetech was hired as a Third Party Administrator, for my Company/personal IRA account. For the last three years, I have had nothing but problems with this company. They had requested payroll information for my company. I was unable to provide information because my bookkeeper quit, and did not provide me with the need information. When I asked their rep how we could handle this, the answer was "I don't know". The answer was ALWAYS, "I don't know". For THREE YEARS, the answer has always been "I don't know". Because of their incompetence, most specifically, their failure to provide the IRS with the required information, I have had fines from the IRS of [redacted]. Due to their incompetence, I have also requested, that they close my account. Benetech has also failed in this respect. I have spoken with them on countless occasions regarding these situations, all to no avail. They continue to send invoices to me, even though they fail to provide the services required, and even though I have requested that this account be closed. Desired Settlement: I want Benetech, to send the needed documents to close my account immediatly. I also request that they clear my account of any additional monies, that they feel are owed to them.
