As per contractual agreements with our communities we service, we are not to make direct contact with residents regarding complaintsThose are to be directed to the towns DPWOften times customers put out their garbage late or not at all and then claim we never pick upHowever, when we receive a call from the local authority, we dispatch a truck to retrieve garbage that may have been missed for one reason or anotherThat said, we respond within hours to these requests

We did do work for him and we did not make it for the last one due to my sister passed away and I was in ArizonaI advised him he would need to get someone else to do the work this last time and once I get back to Milwaukee then I will refund him $100.

The comment was we plowed
him…they showed up days after two snow storms only with repeated calling…received a call with their truck broke down, get someone to do snow and we’ll reimburse you….no returned calls since that time…last snow falls they have not shown up and to hire another contractor to do the snow …I would call Mr*** a plain liar…. *** ***

I did talk to this consumer and we did plow him

*** *** Mr Fields has done no snow removal work on my property since the signing of the contract on 12/26/2016 He stated that he had baand was not working alone and had many snow removal jobs in the areaMr Fields called me on 3/11/said he was out of town and could not reach his baperson and I needed to find someone to do the snow removal myself for the storm on 3/13--3/14/At that time I stated it would be very hard to find someone with that short of noticeHe said he would repay me for the snow removal that he could not doI have contacted him times on his cell phone and left messages about meeting me and repaying me but he does not return the callsHe based his eston $per removal =about left in the season =$missed@$100.00=He missed the only snow storms since signing the contract and has done no work on my property at allHe is still $ahead after repaying the $he owes meI wonder how many other people he did this toI will close this complaint if paid the $ Thank You *** ***
