I had my sister stop over at the Delmar house todayShe says there has been little progress on the house.In June of we signed an agreement (contract) that you would renovate the house for a sum of moneyI have paid you in full as well as paid all of the additional ticket items that have come upI have fulfilled my part of the agreementI need you to fulfill yours.I am attaching my photos of the kitchen from March to April 6, These photo are evidence that you have made almost no progress on the house in over a yearMy sister took a video which I would be happy to share with you that shows that nothing material has changedThis is unacceptable. I have been very clear that I need to list the house NEXT MONTHFrom the evidence in the photos and the video I have serious concerns that you have any intention of meeting my requirementsCan you please give me an immediate status update of the completion of the renovations of the house?I have been more than patient and fair with you ***All I want is for you to finish the renovations so I can move forward with selling the house

The homeowner has always been responded to(In fact he was emailed that very day his text(s) and call (1) was reportedly not responded to.Many items outside the scope of the original contract related to the home factor into the additional length of time.Thank You
