I haven't received one phone call from your business Why wasn't I told the amplifier was on display and how would I know it wasn't installed, I don't feel like your business is being 100% honest, I want a full refund so I don't have any connection with your business

Good afternoon, Regarding this Revdex.com claim,Audio Express is not responsible for any items left in vehicles during installation, which was relayed to our customerOur employees were more than helpful when the police offer arrived and even allowed search of personal property and vehicle to prove innocenceour hopes are customer finds glasses and realizes we were honest the whole timewe have submitted a response to our customer as well and consider this matter closed

To whom it may concern Here at Audio Express at [redacted] we Installed a new Head unit in Mr [redacted] Dodge Ramwhich he expressed he just purchased usedThree days after the install, we received a phone call saying that there were panels broken in the vehicle due to our installationNot being able to see what Mr [redacted] was talking about over the phone, we asked him to bring the truck in for us to look at We expressed if in fact we caused any damage we would do our best to get him taken care of him some way When Mr [redacted] returned, a week later from his original install, he expressed all the parts damaged in his car and upon review all the parts he claimed to be damaged were in fact not in the area of our install We expressed to Mr [redacted] how we installed his radio and even pointed out another dry rotten spot on his dash which was located on the far top of the dash where the dry rotted cracks are Regarding his door panel and switch, both would only need to be removed when installing speakers which we DID NOT DO! We even expressed to Mr [redacted] that we are not responsible for cracks or chips of plastic on vehicle older than years which these signs are posted in various spots in the store Due to the severe summer heat and cold winters, plastic tend to get very brittle over the years and at times just applying any pressure could cause damage as he sees first hand all over his dash Audio Express is not taking responsibility for these claims and consider this matter closed

Customer was sent an email regarding his concerns on Friday the 23rd at 1:PM Thank you in advance,

Regarding the business' reply:- We purchased this truck used last month and had it full inspected by an independent car repair shop in Mesa, AZ. No issues were noted with the dash or door bezel.- During a conversation with Reggie, he said "your truck beat our as". They ran into issues during the installation which ended up them spending an extra day on the install, including having to purchase an extra part (due to our Dodge truck having the Infinity sound system). Per Reggie during the installation, "my technician had to take the entire dash apart". This does not correspond to what Audio Express is now saying.- We did not purchase a used radio as the business replied. We spoke to the business over the phone prior to handing them the truck for the install. During the initial conversation I listed all brand-new parts we had purchased. All parts were new in the box, unopened. To conclude, someone is lying. Either myself, Reggie or one of the technicians at his shop who does not want to own up to the damage. I know I am not lying

to whom it may concern, In regard to MrM*** order, we have already come to a resolution and refunded the cost of the hard productMrM*** will be in at a later date to purchase different equipment as he statedso we will consider this matter closed thank you very much james

to whom it may concern, we have been helping Mr. C*** since his original purchase in 12-24-5, his initial complaint was the transit piece he purchased didn't work to his standards so 2-13-we installed a Kenwood blue tooth amp in exchange for the transit piece
unfortunately we realized the transit piece was never removed from his car during swap out. when we expressed this to MrC*** he then requested a refund on the transit piece which we explained he was already given credit for it toward the amp and in fact we needed our product back since it was accidently left in his vehicle. we contacted MrC*** today 1-19-to try and resolve his concerns again, in which he agreed to come in to our store today. as of now I would consider this case closed thank you in advance

we have attempted to reach out to customer with no luck, please have him come into store with amp so we can resolve this matter thank you and we consider this case closed

Customer was sent an email regarding his concerns on Friday the 23rd at 1:37 PM Thank you in advance,

The radio was purchased and paid for with all accessories needed. You took my keys for installation with the understanding everything was purchased and paid for that was needed! I want the radio I purchased with all necessary accessories for a professional installation! I do not want someone's old dash spray painted in your install garage. That is unprofessional and bad faith of business.

Good afternoon,  Regarding this Revdex.com claim,Audio Express is not responsible for any items left in vehicles during installation, which was relayed to our customer. vehicles in the past. as of 2016 Metra now makes a kit so trimming the front bezel isn't required, which sells for 300 dollars which most people decline to purchase bezel due to price and just pay to get old dash bezel trimmed to fit.  when customer expressed they were unhappy and never authorized trimming, we offered the 300 kit for 200 installed and even offered to buy a used bezel and swap out radio to a single din unit.  customer was not happy with anything we suggested and we even offered to paint one we had in the bay and have it done that day so  there wasn't a multiple day wait which customer declined.   the last thing we were told was husband was out of town and would be back to see us when he was back which we have been waiting so we can resolve this matter.   what we can do and offer is 1. still offer aftermarket double din dash at our cost and install leaving the double din unit in place 2. swap out double din unit to single din and replace bezel with a used one or paint one we have which will look identical to what was there  please have customer call or come in to store so we can resolve this matter  thank you in advance

Audio express never relayed the information they are claiming furthermore audio express also informed me they would get access to their security cameras in the back and then contact me back. I  have yet to receive a phone call or email from audio express. In your message you responded on here you claim to take no responsibility for your employees actions and feel you have done enough because you let the police officer who responded to my call search a few employees? This does not justify your innocents. I came to your business as a customer that wanted to purchase a service and parts from your store, instead I get my property stolen from my vehicle and you then claim you’re not responsible and or neither is the employee that performed this crime? If you can show me where it says that you are not responsible for property that is left owners vehicle would be great . This should possibly be communicated to your customers which would ideally look bad on your part and integrity to your customers. Bottom line is your employee stole personal property from my vehicle and I would hope you would have done that right thing  and double check your security cameras and release footage to police officer who responded to the call.

To whom it may concern.
Here at Audio Express at [redacted] [redacted] we Installed a new
Head unit in Mr [redacted] Dodge Ram3500 which he expressed he just purchased
used. Three days after the install, we received a phone call saying that there
were panels broken in the vehicle due to...

our installation. Not being able to
see what Mr. [redacted] was talking about over the phone, we asked him to bring the
truck in for us to look at.  We expressed
if in fact we caused any damage we would do our best to get him taken care of
him some way.
When Mr. [redacted] returned, a week later from his original
install, he expressed all the parts damaged in his car and upon review all the
parts he claimed to be damaged were in fact
not in the area of our install.
We expressed to Mr.
[redacted] how we installed his radio and even pointed out another dry rotten
spot on his dash which was located on the far top of the dash where the dry rotted
cracks are.
Regarding his door panel
and switch, both would only need to be removed when installing speakers which
we DID NOT DO!
We even expressed to Mr [redacted] that we are not responsible for
cracks or chips of plastic on vehicle older than 5 years which these signs are
posted in various spots in the store.
Due to the severe summer heat and cold winters, plastic tend
to get very brittle over the years and at times just applying any pressure
could cause damage as he sees first hand all over his dash.
Audio Express is not taking responsibility for these claims
and consider this matter closed.

we have already resolved any and all issues customer was having on 5-5-16.  as well we fixed some wiring issues he had on vehicle from another retailer that could have cause severe damage to vehicle. as far as we are concerned this matter has been closed and the customer is happy  james
