I have never been responded to so rudely by a companyI think the amount of money they are making on gift card sales is very unprofessionalMany people have made lots of money and it turned out to be from fradulent activity, so the amount of money Benihana makes is irrelevantWhen I tried to contact Benihana it was through the websiteI did not want to call the Maple Grove location directly as they are not the one's that deal with the advertising and promotionsThis is a direct quote from the advertisement "Receive $in promotional cards for every $in Benihana gift cards you purchaseOffer is available in-restaurant only through December 31, and cannot be redeemed on-line." No where listed above or even in the reply from Benihana above does it say the promotional card will be in $increment'sAs far as Mr [redacted] 's response to stating "This complaint was addressed to a former GM who unfortunately is deceased so it went unanswered", I am sorry to hear that the former GM passed away; however, in a business other's are usually able to continue to access their things and business continues as ususalIf this was the reason for the delay, how did he get the complaint now?

Everything Mr*** said in his complaint from the moment he came into the restaurant did not make any senseWhen the valet was busy helping other customers, he said he waited minutes, that was according to our camera system, he waited about two minutes and then we sat him right away in
our dining roomThe manager and supervisor both went to the table to see how the food and service was, but he did not respond to either of themOn that Sunday he called and left a voice mail demanding his money backSo if there was anything wrong with the food I will be more than happy to refund him, although nothing was wrong with the food seeing as they ate the entire entreeOn Monday, he gave me another call and I was trying to explain things to him in a professional way, but he proceeded to tell me to shut up and told me I was a liarSo basically, *** was very out of character, even when we tried to accommodate him

get one promotional card. The promotion [redacted] is talking about is one that is given out to members of the Chef Birthday Club during our November & December promotion it states that you will receive $60 in promotional cards or 6 $10 cards 2 of these cards are bonus cards for being a member.
We sell at this location over a hundred thousand dollars worth a gift cards in a one and half month promotional period and have never had a complaint.
We also have been located at this site for 9 years and have 4 phone lines it is very easy to get a hold of us.
This complaint was addressed to a former GM who unfortunately is deceased so it went unanswered.

I have never been responded to so rudely by a company. I think the amount of money they are making on gift card sales is very unprofessional. Many people have made lots of money and it turned out to be from fradulent activity, so the amount of money Benihana makes is irrelevant. When I tried to contact Benihana it was through the website. I did not want to call the Maple Grove location directly as they are not the one's that deal with the advertising and promotions. Offer is available in-restaurant only through December 31, 2015 and cannot be redeemed on-line." No where listed above or even in the reply from Benihana above does it say the promotional card will be in $10 increment's. As far as Mr. [redacted]'s response to stating "This complaint was addressed to a former GM who unfortunately is deceased so it went unanswered", I am sorry to hear that the former GM passed away; however, in a business other's are usually able to continue to access their things and business continues as ususal. If this was the reason for the delay, how did he get the complaint now?

Mr [redacted] he was not waiting for a table for more than 2 minutes I did see that on video. our dinner takes between one hour to hour and 20 minutes for 2 people  he was seated at 9:00 pm and he paid his check at 10:11 pm and I have his check .if Mr Michael was seat at 9:20 or 9:30 pm he is not going to finish  dinner at 10:11 when he paid his check  . Review: I got to the location about 9 on Friday. The sign had valet parking $5, I entered and no valet found. I turned around and as I was leaving the grounds, one finalyl appeared. I went inside and was told there would be about a 5-10 minute wait even though they close at 10. 9:15 no table and the hostess said the manager would not sit us until the party of 6 scheduled to be there at 9 arrives. They never came, after 30 minutes of waiting, they finally say us with only 25 minutes to close. The drink server asked if we wanted drinks which we both got tea and I asked for water for both and got only one. The waiter that was ours never came back for refills or ask for hot tea. The cook did no entertaining other than the onions. No flipping of shrimp tail. Our waiter dropped our bill off without asking if we wanted dessert or tea and then proceeded to go and get changed. Another waitress took my bill. Worst service ever.Desired Settlement: full refund
