I am rejecting this response because: The damages caused by the technicians
has not been corrected. As I told the receptionist, when I returned the car I found more damage that their technicians have attempted to hide. The technicians have caused more damage as they attempt to repair their original incompetency. After attempts to repair the damage their technicians caused, I am still finding issues that have been hidden. My expectation is that the car is to be in better condition than when it was left in their careI have no intention of accepting a car that has hidden damage caused by their technicians. I would suggest they send the car to a competent auto body shop to repair the damages their technicians have caused

THE ISSUES THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED W/ THE TECHNICIANS, THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND THE SERVICE MGRWE FEEL CONFIDENT THAT EVERYTHING THE CUSTOMER HAS REQUESTED HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF

The sales rep from Bening Ford, [redacted] & the General Mgr from Bening Ford, [redacted] & the Sales Mgr from Bening Ford, [redacted] have all reviewed the paperwork and discussed the sales transaction between Bening Ford and Mr [redacted]. Upon reviewing all of the...

paperwork, Mr [redacted] was offered an extended warranty on the 2012 Nissan Armada [redacted] he purchased. Mr [redacted] declined to purchase an extended warranty and both parties agreed to trade vehicles. From that point Bening Ford assumes any/all repairs on the 2008 Ford Expedition that Mr [redacted] traded in and Mr [redacted] assumes any/all repairs on the 2012 Nissan Armada he purchased. Mr [redacted] also had a concern about his sales tax owed to the state of Ohio. The sales tax owed to the state upon purchase of a new or used vehicle is the responsibility of the purchaser.

THE SERVICE ADVISOR, SERVICE MGR, GENERAL MGR AND TECHNICIAN WILL HAVE A MEETING TO FURTHER DISCUSS/REVIEW THIS SITUATION.
