Thank you for alerting us to the situation with *** *** We certainly apologize for any problems we may have caused Mrs*** On September 11, we issued a refund of $back to Mrs***'s card. We are sorry she did not receive her materials from us, they
were mailed to her address. We also apologize Mrs*** did not understand the terms of the order, we did listen to our tape of the conversation and the terms were clearly explained as they are in her confirmation letter, Again we hope Mr*** will be pleased to receive her refund

 I have still not received the refund. It does not take over a week.

Thank you for alerting us to the matter of Ms. [redacted] we have listened to the tape recorded conversation she was clearly told that she would be charged $1.49 not $1.59.  It was also made clear to her that she had ten days to call in and cancel if she did not want the program. ...

We apologize for any inconvenience  to Ms. [redacted] and in the spirit of always wanting to make our customers happy we have refunded the $89.95 back to her card.

Thanks for letting us know about the complaint from [redacted].  Before we received this complaint Mrs. [redacted] had called customer service and we agreed to refund the one payment she had made, so that has already been done.  We are sorry that Mrs. [redacted] is confused/alarmed...

because her letter was stamped in Tall,, Fl., all of our mail goes through Tall, FL., even though we are based in GA. We have no control over that.  We apologize it took from 5/1 to 5/19 for her letter to arrive again that is the US Post Office of which we have no control over.  As to our name we have not changed it, we are sorry Mrs. [redacted] feels as she does, but again she was refunded on 5/19 and should have received by now or no later than a few days from now.  We strive to make all our customers happy and satisfied and we hope this concludes this matter to everyone satisfaction.

Mr. [redacted] was told that he had a 10 day trial to our company and the letter he received also told him that it was ten days.  But we have refunded the 89.95 back to his account in good faith! We hope that this will please him.  Thanks [redacted]

We have refunded the $89.95 to her card on  May 19, 2014.  She was told at that time that it could take up to 7-10 business days to get her refund.  We have no control of how long it takes her bank to refund her money back to her card.  In some cases we have heard of it taking up to 12 business days but again we have no control of the customers banking facility.

 I think they have control over how promptly they issue the refund - do they have proof - a transaction receipt? I have filed a dispute of the charges with my bank, I am sure they would have issued the credit immediately upon receipt of the refund in order to resolve it on their end.

Yes the refund to my credit card was processed on June 10th. I am sure they took their time processing it and if you had not been involved it may have taken longer. Thank you for your assistance.
