Thanks for letting us know about the complaint from [redacted] Before we received this complaint Mrs [redacted] had called customer service and we agreed to refund the one payment she had made, so that has already been done We are sorry that Mrs [redacted] is confused/alarmed because her letter was stamped in Tall,, Fl., all of our mail goes through Tall, FL., even though we are based in GAWe have no control over that We apologize it took from 5/to 5/for her letter to arrive again that is the US Post Office of which we have no control over As to our name we have not changed it, we are sorry Mrs [redacted] feels as she does, but again she was refunded on 5/and should have received by now or no later than a few days from now We strive to make all our customers happy and satisfied and we hope this concludes this matter to everyone satisfaction

I have filed a dispute of the charges with my bank, I am sure they would have issued the credit immediately upon receipt of the refund in order to resolve it on their end
We have refunded the $to her card on May 19, She was told at that time that it could take up to 7-business days to get her refund We have no control of how long it takes her bank to refund her money back to her card In some cases we have heard of it taking up to business days but again we have no control of the customers banking facility
