[redacted] performed biyearly inspection of our home as part of our homeowner's contract. He was personable and professional, but he also went above and beyond to provide service. Currently, our water heater is not well accessible. We have been trying unsuccessfully to get a contractor to provide an estimate for us. Not only did [redacted] provide additional suggestions, but he personally contacted his resources. We had a contractor at our home to start the estimate process that evening. Thanks, [redacted]!
