Came in late on a Friday at 10PM for a emergency. Gave us a fair estimate and returned on time Saturday. Mark worked for 5 hours on are job and did a great job. We have used this company for emergencies New Years Day and they came out the same day. For any plumbing or heating emergency we will use again.

One year ago my husband and I purchased a home via a short sale, that was in disrepair. I have been trying to do many of the repairs myself, but after several trips to Lowe's, while working on my kids bathroom, I decided that I should probably call in a plumber. I called Benjamin Franklin and they sent Matt over about an hour later. After a fist bump and a lot of praise for trying to do it myself, Matt let me know that while there are some repairs that you can easily do yourself, once it involves getting inside the wall ( or lots of water) you may be in need of a professional. He looked over everything in the house, let me know what things should be fixed right away, via a professional, and what should be repaired, but were most likely easy enough for me to do.

More than anything, I just really appreciated Matt's honesty. He was an excellent plumber, but not a salesman, who was earnest in trying to help me not only with the plumbing issue, but let me know things I could do, that were easy fixes, to save money. Truly a great experience....

Review: Improper charges against credit card. signed contract for 10% down. and full payment after passed inspection. Company charged full amount before job was completed. Work failed inspection 3 times. It was obvious that workers were not qualified to do the work they were hired for. Company advertises a warrantee on work and the 3rd party company did not help me resolve the issue after 4 calls. Benjamin Franklin plumbing will not return calls or respond to complaint.Desired Settlement: full refund

[redacted] got here on time. We had worked with him on a major project here about three months ago. He is extremely courteous and friendly. After exchanging "pleasantries" he inquired what the problem was. That being ascertained he went straight to the area of concern. In less than ten minutes he had the problem solved (and fixed). He never appeared to be in a hurry and was always focused on our concerns. After filling out some paper work and engaging in a few more pleasantries he was out of here. He is clearly a very positive asset to your business — a true professional.

Your technican [redacted] went above and beyond my expectations. He was early (called ahead to verify it was a good time for me) and completely repaired the leak and addressed an issue I wasn't aware of that would have created a problem in the future. He was very polite and courteous. He even put on boot covers without me requesting he do so. In the future I will only use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will specifically request [redacted].
