had a project to do in my home. The project turned out to be a disaster after hiring this company. The initial plumber ran the pipes wrong, which increased the water pressure to my house, causing a mess, even after having one pressure release valve. The second plumber did not fix the problem. The supervisor of the project told me that I needed another pressure release valve, which I purchased from Benjamin Franklin. Then the supervisor of the project told me that the pipes were ran wrong, causing the water pressure increase. The supervisor sent a third plumber who corrected the problem. But now I have two pressure release valves in my home, when I only needed one. I felt like I was taken advantage of because I sold a product that I did not need. I do not recommend this company, Benjamin Franklin, to anyone. If I have any problems on something that this company has repaired, I will hire another company instead.

Kitchen skins stopped up one night. Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Shane came out 9:45am the next day and fixed it. Very clean and effective. Highly recommend.

Paid $525 to have them install valve, stem, seat kit for leak in bath. Purchased warranty. Still leaking for 6
*** was dispatched to replace bath faucet components due to leak. He used a repair kit. Said it including replacing Stem, Seat and valve. Purchased warranty for all indoor plumbing to save 15% per service call.
After repair, shower still leaked. with purchase of the warranty, we were entitled to a full inspection of indoor plumbing. Benjamin Franklin inspector came out and acknowledged that install was not correct. Wrote up a work order that said *** would come back to correct. This occurred in June and July 2017. After phone calls and e-mails both to the local and corporate offices have gone unanswered.
Preying on senior citizens is pathetic. We are on a very tight budget, yet Benjamin Franklin has allowed for water to be wasted and running up my water bill. I want this corrected immediately.
