Review: [redacted] was hired to complete patch work to the drywall in our home that was damaged. [redacted] never e-mailed the proposal like he promised and was paid for his service upon completion of the patch and repair. There are 2 areas that are still left undone and [redacted] has received payment. Also, there were two worker brought into our home by [redacted] one of which he admits to not knowing. It is disturbing that a reputable business man does not know he shouldn't bring workers that aren't employed by him into a client's home.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to adjust the payment due to the fact he didn't finish the job.

I am not sure I understand this complaint:

I was hired to repair many damaged areas in sheetrock due to plumbing issues. I was under the impression that costumer was under time restraint and need the job to be done in a quick manner.

So, I brought in two other employees of Benjamin Moore Drywall to finish the job in one day. One of which I have known for over 10 years and is a consistent employee of my company. Both men were very good at the jobs they preform and were paid promptly and the completion of said job.

All repairs that were pointed out by customer were repaired and completed. When customer and I met for the second time for payment, customer told me about 2 places that were missed, so we quickly worked out a time for me to come back to repair there 2 places.

Customer was very polite and every paid the $30 bank fee for the returned check due to insufficient funds.

When I called customer to come by and repair the 2 missed places and bring the proposal for signature, the customer cancelled the appointment.
