Mr Benjamin came to my house when I was concerned about a leak from my second floor bathroom that was causing a small stain on my ceiling downstairs. I was afraid a wall might have to be torn into to access the pipes. This man told me he would try the simplest and most non-invasive thing first and see what happens. He simply resealed the drain in the tub upstairs and resealed the faucet. It took him about 30 minutes and he told me to call if that didn't solve the problem. He charged me a VERY reasonable fee and left. He fixed it first try. I was fearing hundreds of dollars and he repaired it for less that 50. Very honest guy. I'd recommend him to anyone.","pos-1
