Review: I WAS IN A CONTRACT WITH BEN TAYLOR TO DEVELOP A WEB SITE FOR AN ON-LINE STORE. IT WAS TO BE COMPLETED BY MAY 1,2014. I PAID HIM $1000.00 TO BEGIN AND $1000.00 ON COMPLETION. ON MAY 13 BEN SAID HE NEEDED MORE DATA TO COMPLETE THE STORE BUT IT WAS 6 HOURS AWAY FROM COMPLETION. I AGREED THAT WAS FINE. BUT BY JUNE 1 THE WEB SITE WAS STILL THE SAME, UNFINISHED. NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS WENT UNANSWERED. MID JUNE I CHANGED THE PASSWORD ON MY SITE, TO KEEP BEN TAYLOR FROM ACCESSING IT, FOR ANY REASON, I FIRED HIM!Desired Settlement: THE $1000.OO RETURNED FOR NOT COMPLETEING THE WEB SITE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE OF NOT REPLYING TO E-MAILS OR PHONE CALLS.
