I am rejecting this response because:
I have witnesses and documentation of texts and *** messages with date and time stamps stating that his entire response to my claim is incorrect 1/tempted to call a local tv station to have them look at both his business as well as the shady place that passed the car inspection Serious fraud issues!! The check engine light was reset at a shady car repair place in the City and inspection passed Check engine light came back on during my drive home not days later I called him and sent texts immediately This needs to get resolved for repair costs or we will take this to small claims court and he will be responsible for attorney fees as well as repairs

Attached are screenshots of the lack of what transpired after we picked the car up after he assured me and gave me his word that the car was fixed. Very dishonest company

He said he wanted to take the car with him that day. We were unable to perform the inspection. He called us and said the check engine light was on. We told him to return and we resolved the issue and picked up the car the next day. He called back three days later stating the
check engine light was on again. He purchased the vehicle as is with no warranty and he signed a document stating he was accepting the vehicle as is. We did perform the inspection the day after purchase and it passed
