Review: I hired Benjie Bordelon to complete some plumbing repairs and installation. Bordelon completed the initial work and stated that he would return to complete the final work. Bordelon charged me for all of the work, including the final work. I paid the total amount ($850). When I contacted Bordelon to return to complete the final work, he repeatedly failed to return most of my telephone calls. When I finally stated that I expected him to finish the work since I had already paid him for it, he denied that he had received payment.Desired Settlement: Because the final work was quoted as $200 of the total amount that I paid, I believe that Bordelon owes me $200 for the work that he did not complete.

Review: Faulty plumbing installation in home. When plumbing job was completed problems occurred with the new insulation of tub and toilet. Contacted contractor and was informed that Mr. [redacted] was out of town for a week. Emergency repairs were needed as there was sewage backing up into my new tub. I had to make additional arrangements for another plumber to come out and access the situation at which time I was told that the repairs were out of code and needed to be fixed immediately. There was no attempt by Mr. [redacted] to contact me concerning the job. I have since hired a new plumber to repair and replace all the work that was done by Mr. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the cost of additional work that was necessary.
