We have reviewed this account and agree with the customer's assessment. We are crediting the account for the extras requested, totaling $12.13. Additionally, our Residential Guidelines on the website are being updated to indicate that extra charges may apply if the cart lids are not
closed completely. We appreciate the customer bringing this oversight to our attention

I am rejecting this response because:In response to the above reference complaint I find Alaska Waste stating my credit card has been declinedsome 14 time over 31 years of doing business with them offensive. I believe this is in error. They statethe latest being 8/2015, 2/2016, 8/2016 and 11/2016- I would like to see proof of these "declines" as Ibelieve a wrong account number was used or my card had been compromised or something. I say this asl spoke with the credit card company and they do not show ANY declined transactions on my account and[redacted] will be sending a letter stating that my account is and has been in good standing formany years. I have a credit rating of Excellent so I question why would only Alaska Waste have anissue?To avoid going through any of this again I am removing the auto pay feature from Alaska Waste as I findthe $30.00 charge unjust. I will pay my bill as I always have without using their "service" which costsdearly.Once I receive what Alaska Waste is stating as "declined" I will review further and as soon as the letter Iwill be receiving in the mail from my credit card holder I will forward.
