I only hope whoever is buying a building from these people reads this unfortunately there is a catch involved and it may be too late by the time you realize this is who you purchased it fromWe went to a place in [redacted] SC and saw a building we likedWe put a down payment on it and then were requested to contact someone to put a concrete pad down which we didAfter calling them to tell them we had this taken care of we were given a date in which the building would be installedThat date came and went and so did many others months later the building was finally put up, but it doesn't stop thereThey brought the materials and said since it was raining they couldn't put it up and they would leave the materials and come back when it wasn't rainingWell they came back days later and it was again raining on that day but it didn't stop them that day they put the building up and they were here until 7:that nightI couldn't see anything out there it was pitch black and they wanted me to sign a form that it was put up and everything was fine and they did a good job cleaning upI signed the form but I let them know I couldn't see anything whether it was put together or whether a good cleanup was doneWhen we were able to see it there was mud all over the building the tape in some places are coming off and now when it rains the left door leaks and water is all over the floor insideThere were also nails all over the ground that we had to pick upWhen we called them and told them about eveything they agreed to take an amount of money off of the bill but once we gave them our credit card information they ran it for the full amountWhen we called to complain they said well we didn't realize you had gotten insulation with it and we said how could you not know you have all the information thereThey still wouldn't give back what they had agreed not to take in the first placeI would just hate to see someone else go through what we did with them
The original delivery of the building included the wrong doorNo problem, they were just going to come back and installWEEKS later when they came back with the correct door, it wouldn't fit because the original install was so crookedMeanwhile, we had the concrete floor pouredNo turning back! After making empty promises over the next month about a solution, they finally just threw up their hands and said that it was our problemWe had to have a custom door built to compensate for the crooked structure Finally, we had to fight with them over the invoiceThey did eventually subtract the cost of the doorHowever, that is very different from subtracting the cost to our company for having to find an alternative door! Never mind compensation for the terrible service, broken promises, inconvenience, etc This company has no attention to detail and doesn't stand behind their workCustomer service is obviously not a priorityWould recommend you avoid
I purchased a shed from the Bennett site on Claussen Road in Augusta GaThe staff was courteous and friendlyDue to my job I was not able to meet with them during their business hoursThey offered to make after hours appointments to finish the dealThey even had to be extremely patient and wait for me as I was running late due to my job issuesThe staff delivered the shed to me as promised and put it in my yard which wasn't an easy task as I live in the woodsThe leveled the shed and made sure that it was blocked up securelyThey opened all of the doors and windows to ensure they workedThe only complaint I have is I should have bought the larger model shed as I have out grown the current oneYes I will do business with Bennett and buy another shed and I would recommend them to my family,friends and coworkers with out an issueBennett will take care of their customers [redacted] they can't help it if the customers want a mansion for the price of a shedCustomers that complained didn't listen to the salespersons instructions or bother to follow simple common sense steps Such as life in the CsraMy shed easily fits motorcycles a riding mower a large and small tool cabinet and still room for storage of yard tools and parts My shed has not leaked one time nor have I had any issues with it

I purchase (paid in full) an RV carport in late May 2016, the salesman said I could expect to hear from Bennett to verify the building within two to three working days and delevery in five to six weeks I let two weeks pass before I started to attempt to contact themAfter three to four days of leaving voice mails and emails without a single return message I finally was able to talk to a person That person was surprised that no one contacted me about the building to verify the dimension That was mid June At that time I was told me building would be out of production early July and installed a few days later When mid July arrived with no update I again tried to contact Bennett with no success I was trying to contact them to coordinate an installation date since I was going to be on travel for three weeks starting late July I Left messages and emails and was never able to talk to a real person The first week in August we got a call from the installer saying he would be installing the building tomorrow at 7:am I had to tell him no since nobody would be available to tell him where ti install it He said he would call Bennett and call us back later that day We never heard back from him Upon returning from my trip I again tried to contact Bennet for an update and again no replies from my emails or voicemails After a week I left a voicemail stating that if I did not hear from them within hours that I would contact my credit card company and challenge the charge That finally got a returned call I was told by building was being deliver to the installer the following day and would be completed within three days One week later my building was installed

I can't say enough about the product, design, and most importantly, their service. They worked with me from design to finish. They emailed photos (in color) of my design. The installation crew made sure where I wanted the window height as they were working. Upon completion, we did a walkaround, and they had me open and close all windows and doors to make sure I was satisfied. They also showed me how to adjust the roll-up doors if needed to in the future. A few months later, one of the roll-up doors wouldn't open. They were back out in 2 days and brought another one in case it couldn't be fixed. It was something minor in the track. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they resolved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BENNETT BUILDING SYSTEMS.
