I have been living in Raffia Preserve in N. Naples for just over 1 month now. I have been very impressed with WCI so far. The fit and finish is very good. Had no major issues thus far. Very few and only minor issues thus far. You contact customer warranty dept via email (if it's not an emergency) and they respond to you within 1 hour ( if it's during business hours).
Must say that we are happily surprised and highly satisfied thus far.

Decent build quality and could be a decent community here in Naples, Fl. Just one problem. No security. They market it as a gated community when in fact, it should be marketed as a community with a gate to keep unwanted autos from coming in. There is no fence keeping nonresidents from walking, biking, golf carting (yes, you read that right), and skateboarding in and using the facilities. Unbelievable! They're threatening to add "Private Property" signs as if that is going to keep out non residents from using our pool, basketball court and gym. This Envera "no personnel" security is useless. Non residents already damaged the gym. So much for the video cameras. I am told by a neighbor who lived in another WCI Community in Naples but now rents here while they are building in a non-WCI community experienced the same thing.
Buyer beware.
