Hired to Design company logo and branding as well as trailer wrap graphics. They have stalled the project from the very beginning. communication has been poor. they have failed to deliver any usable product. Complete failure to produce services as paid. They have only supplied concept draft's with there company mark all over it have never produced any final product in any kind of usable format. we had a sit down meeting in mid December of 2019 we shared images of what we wanted and discussed the direction we wanted as well as do's and don'ts. *** made degrading comments along the lines of the customer always thinks they know what they want but we are the professionals let us do our job and show you what will work best. Fast forward it is January 9th 24 days later still no contact or anything from them we reached out to touch base. guess what still no response. so we reached out again 5 days later finally got a response "we have not forgot about you". once they sent there ideas it was nothing like we discussed very unimpressed. more delays and "computer issues" its February 14th then asked how we would like to move forward we said we don't that it did not impress us this was fallowed by a phone call to discuss they agreed to work on this issue to get resolved. well guess what had to end this phone call because they had to receive another incoming call and would call back. Guess what you got it no return call or any contact. fast forward its now april they where in my town we spoke to them face to face said we would talk next week didn't happen! we sent one more request with no response received once again! Being tired of this we started to seek out other opportunity's. We ended up with a a finished project with same information provided from another source in only 10 days no thanks to *** not so creative group. We asked for a partial refund and where told no we then asked for the tangible product be delivered this has not happened with no response where is the professionalism and product?

Refund we have paid them a total of 650$ we would like a refund we would agree that 200$ deposit is a deposit but the balance should be refunded because of failure to deliver product $450.00 returned failure to deliver we have copys of all emails and text to collaborate with statement
We didn't commit to do the work until January 13, 2020 we received a deposit of $200 for the $350 logo design. We completed the logo on January 22, 2020 the client approved the final logo and paid the balance of $150. We then received the deposit to move forward with the wrap design off of the logo we created and the client approved. On February 8, 2020 we sent over 8 variations of the wrap design. After completing the wrap designs the client wanted changes made to the logo that was already finalized and approved. We made the changes to the logo at no additional cost to the client. We then followed up on the wrap designs that were sent previously to find out the client wants to change the logo completely to make it less specific and add in a character. At this point the project was stalled. We believe we provided the client with the what was agreed upon with an approved and paid for logo. As for the wrap design we also feel that we provided the client with what was requested. Ultimately the client is paying us for time to create digital assets. The time was spent creating the assets.
We believe we are in the right we have spent the time creating the digital designs that were requested. The client has access to view those assets and to share them with other designers. There is no way for them to return the product to us due to the nature of digital design. We have decided to refund the client to keep from having to deal with overcoming a negative review.
