This company has unreliable communication and sketchy customer service! When I first contacted this business about getting measurements for new shower glass, I was given a day and time that the tech would arrive. However, the time came and went and no phone call from anyone. When I called I was told by [redacted] that that the tech was still at a job and he would have him call me when he was finished. Still no call. When I called back sometime later, [redacted] was defensive and argued with me about the situation. I later found out when the tech came the next morning that he had seen [redacted] that day before and told him that he would not be able to make it to our place for our original appointment because of the large job he was on. So [redacted] already knew that the tech would not be able to make it! Fast forward to the glass is now installed and there is a leak. I called this morning to get someone out to repair the leak and [redacted] told me he would contact the tech and call me right back, which he did this morning. He said the tech would be here today between 4 and 4:30. At 4:20 no one here. (the business closes at 4:30pm) I called and [redacted] said he would contact the tech. The tech just called me and said he knew nothing about being here today between 4 and 4:30; that he just NOW spoke to [redacted]. I am very upset to say the least!
