I called this company to check out my furnace which kept coming on and shutting back off dozens of times per hourThe guy who answered the phone is the one who came out to check out my furnaceHe rather quickly came to the conclusion that the vent pipe on the furnace was not properly angled and therefore water would sit in the pipe and the furnace would not runHe shook the PVC pipes up and down empty out some water then stated all should be wellMy furnace worked that night and then returned to the same condition the next dayI called and the same guy came back to recheck the furnaceHe concluded that I needed a new pressure gauge as it had become filled with waterHe installed and concluded that all was wellThen two days later the furnace returned to the prior state running on and off without heat blowing outI called him and he was to come back then I thought better and told him not to botherI called a different company and they came out the following day, explaining that the prior service person did not even put the pipe back into the furnace securely and therefore it would not run because the sensor would cause the furnace to shut off
I paid Bennett by check, both times he came to service my furnaceSure enough, he made sure to cash those checks the very next business day despite not having fixed my problemI advise strongly against using this contractor who appears to be attempting to "jerry rig" issues, giving reason for him to come back for additional work at an additional cost
