I would give zero stars if it was allowed! Steer clear of this dealership. First off, I purchased a certified vehicle and was blatenly lied to about the warranty. Tim convinced me that the certified warranty kicked in after manufacturers. Within the first 24 hrs of owning, I had to put air in the tires and the steering was terrible, basically like driving on the highway without power steering. The interior of the car smelled like vomit. The passenger door was off the hinge, accelerated while braking, loud rubbing sound under the drivers seat., seatbelts that don’t tighten, caps were not on the stems, gas gage is operating correctly, trunk only opens partially to the point you hit your head every time you go in the trunk, leaking fluid, my driveway is stained and the car shuts down while driving. The car was brought back to be serviced. They put air in the tires and never checked the wheels. At that point I was leaking air daily and they were advised about the steering issues. Fixed the door hinge, fan was shot, they were not able to find issues with anything else. Well they may have if they checked it properly. Kost tire immediately diagnosed my tires issues. The wheels were corroded and rusted which was causing the leaks in ALL 4 tires. They had to be shaved and tires sealed. I’m still currently looking for a mechanic to diagnose the other issues. Clearly not bringing it back to infinity after they failed on so many levels. Luckily no one was hurt bc of the neglect of this dealership! I purchased a certified vehicle so I wouldn’t have headaches and ended up with nothing but! I have to count days to determine if I need gas due to the failure of the gas gauges not working. Some certified vehicle! Whom ever certified this vehicle is in the wrong line of work. Returned to new? No, definitely not! Purchased over 30 vehicles, by far the worst experience I have ever had.

the vehicle was completley repaired and all service work has been done. He was reembusrt for his gas and time coming back to the dealership for all the repairs. Dan l. General sales manager
