research the matter and would get back to her. Upon research, it was discovered that the delinquent sewer assessment was paid at closing and collected from the seller. The buyer is not prived to the seller side for privacy reasons and would not have been aware of. The county then returned a check to us dated 2/10/2016 See Attached showing an overage for the sewer account.We refunded to the seller. Come to find out the county subtracted out the few days pro-ration for the final sewer bill that we already had monies set aside for and returned the difference to us as an overage.The delinquent sewer assessment has been paid as of today while we wait for the seller to refund the monies that was sent to him.
We have no control over what lenders collect for escrows but did show on the final hud of the sellers side that they do receive.
We have tried to contact Ms. [redacted] with no success, but will continue to try. She may be at work and unavailable.

I should have been told at closing this is why my taxes are 2500 and not 1998 like they should be. This is 42 a month more for my mortgage. I need this fixed before my next payment april 1

Per Union Home Mortgage, they misinterpreted the taxes at close for Ms. [redacted]. They used the taxes and insurance details they had at close which contained prior tax information as well as the insurance information that Ms. [redacted] had given them at the time. She decided to change the insurance companies from State Farm because the other company offered her a lower rate, but the loan had already been sold to Cenlar and Union Home Mortgage couldn't do anything at that point. Upon sale of this loan, Ms. [redacted] contacted her new lender and they corrected the insurance with her updated carrier and also corrected the taxes. They gave her a credit of $63.93 for her first payment applied as a principal curtailment on 3/17/2016 as a request submitted to issue refunds to the borrower. Sylvia at the title company emailed all of this information to Ms. [redacted] on 3/24/2016 and also spoke with her informing her of this information via phone the same day. As long as this problem is corrected, ia m satisfied. After cenlar told me my payment is 936.70. Now they raised it to 938 ans some chnage. They still dont have it correct
