There were three other contractors there on the job as well as us thererfore there is no telling WHO broke the lamp. She asked us, to which I told her we did not break it. Her front landing and brick fireplace had paint on it previously, so the paint there was not from us. I have previous emails from this client and everyone claims we did something different in the condo. The job was complete, (the way we do payment is half down, half at completion) so clearly the job was complete if I was paid in full. We did a walk through at the end of our job and she was happy and gave us the other half of the payment for our services. She later notified me of some concerns she had, which I was back at her place on Saturday to which she started becoming very hostile and unprofessional, started swearing and everything else so to avoid any confrontation I just left. We did MANY extra's for this client as well, that she was not charged for. Below is the scope of work we did to her condo.    Contract               **The Scope of Work**                            * Interior*                              Phase 1Main Area, Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and Small Bedroom.All  Walls and Trim to be patched free of all imperfections, sanded, spot primed and to receive 2 coats of interior wall paint on walls and 2 coats of  interior trim paint on trim . All Ceilings to be free of stains and 1 coat ceiling paint.                             Total  for Labor $2,600.                                  Phase 2Entrance Way, Spindles, Hallways, Family Room, and Closets.All Walls and Trim to be patched free of all imperfections, sanded, spot primed and to receive 2 coats of interior wall paint on wall and 2 coats of interior trim paint on trim.Ceilings to be free of all stains and receive 1 coat ceiling paint.                                             Total for Labor. $1,800.

Benentt Painting went there on Saturday to try and make things right with her. She became very hostile, she started cursing at us. We offered to re do both of her ceilings and to touch up any of the work we did that she felt was necessary. Also, if that didn't work for her we were willing to work...

with her husband since she was being too hostile with cursing and being very unprofessional and hostile. Therefore, we have made every single attempt possible to make ammends with this woman. We are still willing to re-do the ceilings for her and touch ups necessary only if the husband is home and the wife is out since the wife has been nothing but hostile and does nothing but yell and scream making it very hard to work under any circumstances.
