This is the first we have heard about Ms***>s alleged problemThe delay in her job was so her excavator could finish his work, and to hand dig around electrical lines that were not found in the initial locates processSince Ms*** chose
to call others to modify our work, the warranty we offer is null and voidThere is no difference in *** pipe, indoor or outdoorI do not believe the hydrant failed, unless she tied a horse to itIn years, we have never had a yard hydrant "break"They are very simple to adjust if they should need itI think Ms*** should check out the plumber's licenses, and referencesHad we been notified that she had a problem, as is the accepted way of obtaining warranty service, we would have responded and corrected any problemI think she is phishing, and regretfully, we cannot biteIf she chooses to use the courts, we will be happy to respond

The reason for the delay was not because of my excavator it was because although Mr*** was supposed to start the project at 9:00am he didn't show on the first day until after 1:30pm and after 11:00am the second dayMr*** was aware of the electrical line when he bid the projectThe hydrant absolutely did breakThe metal pin or rod that runs through the handle to shut off the water snapped and left the hydrant in the on position, flooding into my barnA kind neighbor had to rush over and help me get it shut off since Mr*** failed to leave me a shutoff keyThe reason I didn't contact Mr*** for the repairs is because of his extreme unprofessionalism, poor quality product, and shoddy workmanshipI hired a more reputable company to replace the hydrant so I wouldn't have another failure in weeksBoth my neighbor and the company I hired can attest to the broken hydrantThey attributed the broken hydrant to the fact it was not installed correctly or straight therefore applying too much pressure to the rod which broke
