From the begging process of my rental application Chris B[redacted] (B[redacted] Properties) has been so easy to work with, incredibly polite, very prompt, professional and personable. His communication has always been very prompt and helpful. He is a delight to rent from. Anything needs done it gets done. His properties are kept up and kept up very well. Sincerely, Very happy renter.

Chris B[redacted] is the worst property manager I've ever had to deal with .He's all about fees on any thing he can think of.never calls you back does not respect anyone even his wife. I advise to go else where to rent he tried to charge me 31000 when I moved out of one of his rentels even charged me for two weeks of rent before I even moved in .bad experience
