The money that was with held from *** ***, will be released back to Mrand Mrs Allen with the company close on Jan 10th MrAllen can login to his online owner portal to verify the funds are awaiting the close So no money has been with held , or given to *** ***

In regards to the complaint filed against Bennett Realty Group LLC, [redacted] was not given approval for any work to be performed at [redacted]  The tenant, called in an emergency work order over the weekend stating they had no water.  [redacted] was...

contacted, and specifically told to call back with diagnostics.  We, at Bennett Realty did not know the work was performed until we received a bill in the office.  [redacted] was then contacted for an explanation.  The owner, [redacted] had one of his workers call us back at the office.  The said worker stated he was not aware he was supposed to contact anyone with diagnostics.  Also, Bennett Realty Group did not pay [redacted]
