Needed a system replaced in my vacation rental home in Daytona Beach MrBennett suggested a unit that is specifically designed to withstand the elements of being near the ocean on the beachside He shared with me that there was a "sale" on this particular unit at his distributor and passed the savings to me which I greatly appreciated! I had to schedule a "delayed" date of install because I had a snowbird rental at the time and the home would not be available until they departed However, I had new rental party arriving for the races days later He held the unit for me and then installed the new unit in the gap period between my renters which I greatly appreciated! The company showed up right on time and completed the install in one day, allowing me plenty of time to have the cleaning service prep the home for my next rental His installer was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable Very pleased

They were the preferred service provider with our home warranty and they certainly didn't disappoint.They quickly diagnosed the problem and fix my issues within an hour! My family is comfortable again!
