Product Ordered, not receivedI ordered a case of wine in May 2014. After two months it hadn't arrived so I called, 10-15 times, and left countless messages until I was FINALLY able to get a hold of someone who could help. He looked up the shipping information, said that it was the shipping company's fault, and promised to have another case of wine sent out the next day. It has been over two months since that phone call, I have received no wine, NO receipt or shipping/tracking info, and I have again called countless times, left many messages, and have yet to speak to a human or receive a call back. I am out of options as to who to contact, to get my money back. Please help!Desired SettlementI would like a case of [redacted] shipped overnight to me or a full refund of my money.
