I had my brand new *** box lined (***) and the rest of the truck Rust Checked When I picked up the truck, I noticed the clip holding the wiring harness for the back up camera at the end of the bed was brokenStaff assured they would get a new one and give me a call Never heard anythingYes, I have a working answering machineThis was May 19th On July 5th, I called and spoke to someone who said he was *** He said he couldn't do it that day but he assured me he'd take care of it Left my number again Did I hear anything? Nope I've also found two screws stripped on the brackets holding the cargo rail- they had removed these to spray the box Am I 100% sure they stripped them? No, just 99% All this to say that I recommend you check your vehicle over thoroughly before accepting it or paying for the work because I sure wasn't impressed by their after sales service
