We had a leak in our basement ceiling that was spreading by the day I prepared myself to pay upwards of $1,for repairsIn researching the Revdex.com I found BennettsMr [redacted] came in, removed the damaged part of the roof and began going over the plumbing, hunting for the leak, (it wasn't something that was visible), Nothing was found in the ceiling so we headed to the kitchen where we found the culpritOur refrigerator, that was purchased years ago, had a faulty part When we got ice or water from the door dispenser, water would leak out the back, stream into the corner and drop down onto the basement ceilingThe water never damaged anything in the kitchen Because it wasn't the plumbing, Me [redacted] didn't want to charge us but we were so thankful the leak had been found and repaired, we paid him what he had quoted usBennett's plumbing is definitely our #go to in the futureI would recommend him 1,times over!!!

I had another company come out to service my furnace They insisted that not only was this furnace bad (because it was emitting carbon monoxide), but a smaller one I had in another room, was also beyond repair They stated that the smaller furnace had ppm carbon monoxide being emitted and shouldn't be usedI later found out that they tested it when it had just turned on, which should never be done AND that 2ppm is totally acceptableThey went so far as to send a Unsafe Condition Report to the utility company (they told me they wouldn't send it if I got it taken care of, but sent it right away anyway) There bid was $for a new (wall) furnace Other companies came and bid similar high amounts (up to $2900) None of the companies even suggested they might be able to fix it! When I called [redacted] he said right on the phone "I bet it just needs a good cleaning." And, offered to come clean it and not charge me if the problem wasn't fixed He came out, did a very thorough cleaning (it was VERY dirty) replaced a few parts that had worn out and charged me only $ He was very interested in if he was providing a good service and asked several times for feedback I will definitely use him again and will question what I am told by other companies!

Bennetts Total Home Comfort is AWESOME! EXPERT WORK YOU CAN TRUST: For several years my house suffered from kitchen pipes that would freeze during subzero temperatures. After the second kitchen pipe burst, I decided to hire someone to troubleshoot, identify the cause of the problem, and then permanently fix it so I went to Revdex.com to search for a contractor/handyman and found Bennetts Total Home Comfort.

Not only did they permanently solve the freezing pipe problem with professional and expert workmanship and at low cost, but also at no additional cost they identified and fixed another problem just waiting to happen(and that problem also was caused by another contractor). Over the years I've hired many contractors and handymen, but never have I had anyone take care of my home like it was their home, that is, until I had Bennetts fix a problem for me. Moving forward, I won't use anyone but Bennetts, and if you use Bennetts Total Home Comfort, you too won't want to go anywhere either.

Bennetts Total Home Comfort did an excellent job fixing issues I've been having with my boiler and thermostats. He explained everything in terms I understood, completed the work timely, and when he was finished, he cleaned the boiler and area around it completely - that old boiler shines! The price was very reasonable and he supplied a very detailed invoice. With the cold temperatures we are having right now, I am grateful that Bennets Total Home Comfort fixed everything right! Ahh....warmth!! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I originally selected Bennett's because of their Revdex.com Accreditation and their A+ rating, and I am very happy that I did. My furnace failed in the middle of the night while it was 12 degrees outside. When I phoned them, I was very pleased and impressed when he gave me suggestions for things I could do immediately to see if any of them would restart the furnace. When these did not fix the problem, he asked for the furnace model and serial numbers so he could pick up several replacement parts that he thought he might need. He agreed to meet me that very morning. After he arrived, he quickly isolated and fixed the problem. He also pointed out areas for me to keep an eye on. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and heating matters. Finally, I was very pleased when I receive his invoice and saw how reasonable his charges were. I would highly recommend him and I plan to hire him again.

The service provider was very nice and professional on the phone and when he came to look at my furnace vent. He was very direct and explained clearly what the issue was and what I should expect. He was flexible in his timing and when he saw the job needed more materials then he had, he was able to get the needed parts and finish the job that same day. I also really appreciated that he cleaned the area once he was finished.
